Hamilton Oaks Winery, known to San Juan Capistrano locals as The Swanner House, was acquired by Connie & Ron Tamez in June 2012. After 5 months of renovations and preparation, Hamilton Oaks Winery opened its doors. Connie & Ron had spent over a year searching for the perfect Orange County location that could host weddings for up to 400 people. The historic Swanner House sits on two and a half acres amidst Valencia orange trees.

When Connie & Ron first took over The Swanner House, it was in much need of work and restoration. With the help of family and friends, Connie & Ron began restoration, added a venue center for weddings, fundraising & corporate events, and outdoor concerts. The empty home was converted into a wine tasting room, a Bridal Suite, and a gallery of art for local artists. The Swanner House now serves as the tasting location for the acclaimed wines of Hamilton Oaks Winery.
