Ballroom

The William Lyons Ballroom, with its signature floor to ceiling windows, offers spectacular views of the stunning Saddleback Mountains, and the incredible hardwood floors and ornate chandeliers enhance the exquisiteness of the Ballroom. It offers full multi-projection screens and audiovisual capabilities. The cutting edge sound system is perfect for a disc jockey, speaking engagement or live entertainment. When the ballroom is used to capacity, it’s 5,000 sq. ft. – ideal for your wedding reception. The room may be subdivided to appropriately meet the needs of smaller events, like an intimate reception or any other event.

Catering Kitchen

Immediately next to the William Lyons room is a Caterer’s kitchen with full-service capability and commercial grade appliances, including a 600 lb. capacity icemaker, ample freezer and refrigeration capacity, convection ovens, warmer cabinets, gas ranges(multi-burner), and ample space to accommodate all your caterers’ needs. The catering kitchen is available for rental with any ballroom.
