The Mill Bakery in Orange County has been a successful retail bakery for over 65 years. In 1987 the Barcenas Family acquired the bakery, and for nearly 30 years, the reputation of The Mill Bakery has grown. The family proudly follows the proven recipes that have made our baked goods so well known in Santa Ana and across the County. We also routinely add new items as our customers’ tastes change. We constantly strive to earn complete customer satisfaction, day in, day out.
The Mill Bakery’s owner & general manager, Gustavo, has been in the bakery business since childhood when he would assist his Father at the local bakery. He is the past president & active member of the California Retail Bakery Association. The Mill Bakery is proud to have 2 Master Bakers, as well as 3 talented & experienced cake decorators, a driver, janitor, 5 sales people, and 4 production assistants. The goal of our entire team is to make sure your cake experience with us is always the best.
Consultations & Tastings
Please give us a call to schedule a complimentary tasting. If you already know them, let us know what your frosting, filling, and cake preferences are. We would love the opportunity to look at any designs you have in mind, as well as share our own designs with you!
